Hotel Mariachi By Kavia 5Th Av, Playa del Carmen

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, just steps away from the beach and main attractions, which made it easy to explore. While the new room I got was clean, it unfortunately had a persistent bad smell that was quite uncomfortable. The staff provided friendly service and promptly resolved any issues, which I appreciated. However, the initial room I had didn’t match the pictures, which was disappointing.

I had a stay at a hotel that was just steps away from the beach and a short walk from the lively 5th Avenue.
